What to expect from your event

Your group will be split into teams, each with a different  house (bib!) colour with the aim of scoring as many points as possible.

The overall winners will be awarded a prize, but more importantly, be able to walk away with pride and glory and the license to relive the glory of their win around the water cooler at any given opportunity!
The losers walk away with the coveted wooden spoon.
Additional points are awarded at our discretion e.g. for the best supporters or the most artistic and flamboyant celebration. By the same token, they’re also deducted for cheating.

Our Sports Day events need big spaces so the ideal venue is the great outdoors. Of course, our wonderful British weather doesn’t always play ball. It’s good to have a contingency plan in place and your local sports hall is likely to have a space big enough to hire for a reasonable rate. We can adapt the session to suit any venue, both indoors and out. We’ll bring all the equipment necessary, and every event will have two Hillcliff team members present to ensure the day runs smoothly.
