Many of our clients travel a long distance to come and see us on the days we work from Central London. They either join us in a studio or we make arrangements with gyms to allow our trainers access to provide the specialist care and knowledge those with medical issues or injuries require. Training remotely now means that travel is no longer necessary. We no longer have the disappointment of turning down clients that we can help purely because they live out of our area. Our new location is the internet. As long as you have a device and a connection, we're ready to go.
