All our group training participants receive the same high level of service as our 1-2-1 clients. We will conduct a full fitness and postural assessment, medical screening and nutritional analysis. We discuss each individual’s goals, fitness history and requirements and tailor a group programme accordingly. Groups sizes can range from 2-6 people.
