STANDING WALL ANGEL – Stand with your back flat against a wall and your feet about 10cm out in front of you. Start with your arms level with your shoulders, elbows at a 90 degree angle, palms facing outwards. Slowly raise your arms above your head ensuring they stay as close to the wall as possible. Lower to starting position and repeat.
