TRICEP DIP – Sitting on a bench or raised platform, place your hands on the bench close to your hips with fingers facing forwards. Feet should be flat on the floor with knees bent. Moving forward off the bench, slowly lower your body  towards the floor ensuring your bottom stays close to the bench and your elbows go behind you, bending your arm to approximately 90 degrees. Try not to let your arms flare out but stay close to your sides. Return to starting position by straightening the arms. Keep the elbows soft at the top of the movement.
To increase the intensity, raise the height of the bench or extend the legs. The straighter they are, the more difficult the exercise.
