SWISS BALL WALL SQUAT – With a swiss ball pressed between your lower back and a wall, stand with your feet hip width apart and approximately 10cm in front of your body, keeping your knees soft. Engage your core and with your weight through your heels, bend your knees to approximately 90 degrees moving down the wall as the swiss ball moves up your back. Check your knees remain behind your toes. Straighten the legs to return to the starting position, keeping the knees soft at the top.
