SWISS BALL RUSSIAN TWIST – Start with your head, shoulders and upper back on the ball. Knees should be bent to 90 degrees and hip width apart. Raise the medicine ball over your chest, arms toward the ceiling. Brace your core and rotate your torso to one side as close as you can to 90 degrees from your starting position. Return to centre and repeat on opposite side.
