Roll out onto the swiss ball until your thighs are resting on top of the ball. Your hands should be on the floor supporting your upper body, slightly wider than shoulder width. Engage your core ensuring your back is straight. Slowly bend your arms until your chest is approx 10cm from the floor. Return to starting position by straightening your arms and contracting the chest. Neck should be in line with the spine at all times and elbows stay slightly bend at the top of the movement.
To increase the difficulty roll out further to your shins or feet.
