SWISS BALL PASS – Lying on your back with your legs straight and the swiss ball between your hands with your arms straight and behind your head, engage your core ensuring that your lower back remains pressed into the floor throughout. Simultaneously slowly lift your legs and arms up to the centre keeping them as straight as possible and pass the ball from between your hands to your feet. Grip with your feet and slowly lower the arms and legs. Repeat by passing the ball back to your hands in the same way.
Easier version – keep the knees and arms bent.
