SWISS BALL OBLIQUE TWIST – Place the small of your lower back on the swiss ball and your feet on the floor with your knees bent at 90 degrees. Keep your head and neck in a straight line to ensure a neutral spine. Contracting your core muscles throughout slowly curl up taking one shoulder and elbow towards the opposite knee. Then slowly return to the start position and repeat on the opposite side.
