SWISS BALL CHEST FLY – Lie on a swiss ball with your middle and upper back on the ball. Form a straight line with your body from shoulders to knee keeping your hips raised. With the dumbbells in a starting position directly about your shoulders with arms only slightly bent, slowly lower the dumbbells down and out to the sides until your upper arms are parallel to the floor. Return to starting position and repeat.
