SWISS BALL ABDOMINAL CURL – Start with the small of your back on the stability ball, your knees bent at 90 degrees and your feet shoulder width.  With your elbows wide and fingertips behind your ears curl up engaging your core throughout the exercise. Slowly lower to starting position.
