RESISTANCE BAND: WOODCHOP – Loop the band under your foot and grab the end with both hands. Lowering into a squat position, with hands together keeping a slight bend at your elbows, take the band up and across your body, rotating at the truck whilst driving up from the floor into a standing position. Try not to minimise the bend in your elbows so the movement mimics a woodchop motion. Return to starting position and repeat.
