RESISTANCE BAND: TRICEP EXTENSION – Start by holding the band in one hand and placing that hand behind your back or alternatively by kneeling on the band. With the other arm above your head and bent at the elbow, take hold of the band. Keeping the elbow close to your head, extend the arm so the it is straight above your head. Feel the contraction down the back of your upper arm and return to starting position.
