RESISTANCE BAND: SEATED ROW – Sitting on the floor with your legs straight out in front of you, loop the band around the soles of your feet and take the ends in each hand. Sitting tall and maintaining a straight back, pull the band by sending your elbows back. Keep the elbows close to your sides and squeeze between the shoulder blades. Slowly and with control, return to starting position and repeat.
