RESISTANCE BAND: HORIZONTAL ABDUCTION  – Attach the band to a secure object at shoulder height. Stand side on and take hold of the elastic in the hand farthest from the secure point. With the arm at shoulder height across your body, ensure there is tension on the band and pull it across body out to the side, keeping the arm straight and hips facing forward. Avoid twisting through the torso. Slowly return to starting position.
