RESISTANCE BAND: BENT OVER ROW – Stand on the band with both feet hip width apart and knees slightly soft. Grasp the band in both hands and tip at your hips to approximately 45 degrees. Ensuring your core stays engaged, pull the band up and back taking your elbows back behind you, keeping them close to your body. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement. Lower and repeat.
