PRONE SKYDIVER – Lie face down with your arms at your sides, palms facing the floor and your legs straight. Keep your feet on the floor. Rotate your hands outwards so your thumbs are pointing towards the ceiling as you raise your upper body from the floor, no more than 20cm. Hold for 10 seconds and slowly lower back to starting position.
