DEAD ANTS – Lie on the floor brace your core and ensure your back stays flat. Stack the knees above the hips with a 90 degree bend at the knees. Arms should be directly above your shoulders. Slowly extend one leg and the opposite arm. Return to starting position and repeat with other side.
